OUR GRANDS CRUS, AOC LAVAUX
Potterat’s wines
Lavaux terraces lend themselves extremely well to the production of Chasselas, a grape variety that expresses itself differently depending on the environment in which it is grown. At Villette, we find a taut wine with lime blossom aromas, while at Epesses, enjoying a limestone clay soil, it is a rounder, fresh and fruity Chasselas. At Courseboux, the heavy soils produce the iconic wine of the house, powerful and mineral.
At Domaine Potterat, we also have a passion for red wines. Villette’s terraces give birth to a supple and fruity Pinot Noir. We also grow with pride the Plant Robert, an historic Lavaux grape variety, a wine of singular character with spicy notes.
From our Les Côtes de Courseboux terraces, we produce a gastronomic Chasselas, from the Vieilles Vignes vines whose complex aromas create a perfect wine for laying down. We also produce two signature grape varieties, the Savagnin Blanc with a golden yellow colour, a structured wine with citrus notes, and the Syrah, a powerful red aged 22 month in barrels, with balanced aromas of black pepper and liquorice.

2020
Une année très précoce, avec un débourrement très tôt durant les premières semaines du confinement, un été sec et chaud ont permis des vendanges sur la toute fin de l’été, peu de quantité mais d’une qualité supérieure.
