1. Who we are
Domaine Potterat is a family-run winegrowing and winemaking business that cultivates its vines and produces its wines in its historic winegrower’s house in Cully.

2. Your order
These general conditions of sale (GCS) apply to all orders placed with Domaine Potterat:
• Via the online shop,
• By email, post or telephone,
• At the cellar or at fairs and events.
Products are only available for delivery in Switzerland.
The descriptions and images of products are provided for information only and do not constitute a contractual commitment. Wines are available while stocks last.

3. Wines and packaging
Prices include 8.1% VAT. Domaine Potterat offers the following formats:
• Cases of 6 bottles of 70 cl
• Boxes of 12 half-bottles of 35 cl each
• Special packaging for 140 cl Vaudois jars and special boxes.

4. Payment
Payment can be made as follows:
For online orders :
• Payment on invoice
• Depending on the situation, an advance payment may be requested.
For on-site purchases :
• Cash payment (credit card, TWINT, cash)
• Payment on invoice (by agreement)

5. Delivery
Delivery or dispatch is guaranteed throughout Switzerland, subject to the following conditions:
• Free of charge for orders of 12 bottles (70 cl) or 24 half-bottles (35 cl).
For smaller orders, the delivery charge is :
• CHF 12 for a box of 6 bottles (70 cl)
• CHF 10 for a 140 cl Vaudois jar (individual box)
A full address, telephone number and email address must be provided for transmission to our carrier. Delivery will be made to the address indicated by the customer within a reasonable time of receipt of the order. Please let us know if a delivery time is required.

6. Returns
No returns are possible, except in the event of a delivery error or a defective product. For any complaints or special requests, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can find a solution.

7. Sale of alcohol to minors
In accordance with Swiss legislation, the sale of alcohol to persons under the age of 18 is prohibited. By placing an order, the buyer confirms that he/she is of legal age and respects the protection of minors.

8. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
These GTC are subject to Swiss law. The courts of the canton of Vaud shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
